My First Lace Pattern is Here
I finally finished not only the knitting but the pattern write up for my first lace pattern! I posted it this evening on Ravelry, and I have already sold one copy of the pattern! I love the way it turned out, and I hope you all agree!

Congratulations. It looks lovely. That stitch looks really effective and I love the edging. I'm going to take a look on Ravelry. So, what's the next target?
ReplyDeleteI have so many ideas to head toward next...but I think a combination of the dishcloth tone-on-tone patterns created with variations in stitch, but adding a second color. I haven't seen anything like it before, but I'm sure I am not the first to think of it. Your blog is looking wonderful, too! I continue to enjoy it!
ReplyDeleteThank you for a lovely pattern! I purchased it this morning to make a prayer shawl, and I can see that it will be lovely. There is, however, a tiny mistake in Line 1 of your chart -- you seem to be missing the first YO in the lace pattern. I'm sure you will be selling many of these, so I thought I would point it out to avoid any frustrations a new lace knitter might have. Thanks again! Marie
